Shopify Development Services
Custom Shopify stores built in Liquid rather than stacked page-builder apps — themes designed around your brand, catalogs configured properly, and migrations that keep the rankings you already have.
Sell Online Without Running the Infrastructure
Shopify removes the parts of eCommerce that used to sink small businesses. Hosting, security patching, PCI compliance, payment processing and mobile checkout are handled for a monthly fee, and none of them become your emergency at 2am.
What Shopify does not do on its own is make your store look like anything other than a Shopify store, or fit a business that does not sell in a standard way. That is the part we build.
- Physical products, digital downloads, or subscriptions
- Wholesale and retail pricing in a single store
- Themes built in Liquid, not stacked page-builder apps
- Scales from ten orders a day to ten thousand
Everything Included in Our Shopify Services
Theme development, catalog work, and the configuration that separates a store that sells from one that just exists.
Custom Theme Development
A theme built in Liquid around your brand and your products, rather than a marketplace template bent until it almost fits. Fast, updatable, and yours.
Product & Catalog Setup
Variants, options, collections, metafields and filtering configured so a shopper who roughly knows what they want can get to it in two clicks.
Payments, Shipping & Tax
Shopify Payments, PayPal, Authorize.net and other gateways connected, with shipping zones, live carrier rates and tax rules set for where you actually sell.
Apps & Integrations
Subscriptions, reviews, ERP, accounting and shipping software connected — with an eye on how many apps the store is carrying and what each one costs you in speed.
Migration to Shopify
Moving from WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce or an older cart, with products, customers, orders and 301 redirects handled so your search equity follows you.
Launch, Training & Support
Test orders through every payment and shipping path, staff trained on the admin, then ongoing help as the catalog and the business change.

A Catalog Your Customers Can Actually Navigate
Most Shopify stores that underperform have the same problem: products imported in bulk with no collections worth browsing, options that do not match how people shop, and a search box that returns nothing useful.
We set the catalog up properly — variants, options, metafields, collections and filtering — so the path from landing page to add-to-cart is short enough that people actually finish it.
A Hosted Platform That Stays Out of Your Way
Shopify is used by millions of stores, which matters more than it sounds: there is an app for almost every gateway, carrier and accounting package you might need, and a large pool of developers who know Liquid if you ever move on from us.
The trade is a monthly subscription and transaction fees in exchange for never patching a server. For most businesses selling physical or digital products that is the cheaper side of the deal — and we will say so plainly when it is not.
How a Shopify Build Runs With Us
Products and payments get settled first — everything else follows from them.
Products & Payments
We review what you sell, how it varies, how you ship it and how you want to get paid, then scope the build around that.
Design
Homepage, collection, product and cart pages designed and approved before a line of Liquid is written.
Build & Migrate
Theme built, products imported or migrated, apps and gateways connected, redirects mapped, then tested with real test orders.
Launch & Support
Go-live in a planned window, staff training on orders and inventory, then ongoing support as the store grows.
What Pairs Well With a Shopify Store
A store needs traffic and a reason to come back. These are the services most Shopify clients add.
WooCommerce
No monthly platform fee and full ownership of the stack. Worth comparing before you commit to a subscription.
Search Engine Optimization
Product and collection pages optimized so shoppers find you without paying for every click.
Email Marketing
Abandoned-cart recovery, post-purchase follow-up, and campaigns that bring buyers back.
PrestaShop
Open-source and self-hosted, with strong multi-language and multi-currency support built in.
Shopify: Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a Shopify store cost to build?
It depends on how much of the theme is custom, how many products need importing, and which apps or integrations are required. On top of the build there is Shopify’s own subscription and its transaction fees. We quote the build and walk you through the ongoing platform costs so there are no surprises later.
Do you build custom themes or customize an existing one?
Both. If a well-built theme gets you most of the way there, customizing it is faster and cheaper, and we will say so. When your brand or your catalog needs something a template cannot do, we build the theme in Liquid from the ground up.
Can you migrate our existing store to Shopify?
Yes. Products, variants, collections, customers, past orders and reviews transfer intact, and every old URL gets a 301 redirect to its new equivalent. Your current store stays live and selling until the new one is signed off.
Is Shopify better than WooCommerce?
Neither is better in the abstract. Shopify costs a monthly fee and a cut of transactions but hands you hosting, security and PCI compliance. WooCommerce has no platform fee and gives you full ownership, but somebody has to maintain it. We build both and recommend based on your team, not our margin.
Will our Shopify store work well on mobile?
Most stores now take more than half their traffic on phones, so we design the mobile layout first and let the desktop version follow. Everything gets tested on real devices, not just a browser window dragged narrow.
Can you connect Shopify to our other systems?
Usually, yes. Accounting, ERP, inventory, shipping and email platforms connect either through an existing app or through Shopify’s API. We will tell you upfront which route yours needs and what it costs to keep running.
Do you help after the store launches?
Yes. Theme updates, new products and collections, app changes, and checking nothing broke after a Shopify platform update. Most clients keep us on for the changes that come up once real orders start arriving.
