LinkedIn Marketing Services That Build a Real B2B Pipeline
We run your company page, ghostwrite the thought leadership your executives never find time for, and manage Sponsored Content and Lead Gen Forms — measured against booked meetings, not follower counts.
What does a LinkedIn marketing service do for a B2B company?
A LinkedIn marketing service turns a dormant company page into a working source of qualified inquiries. At Final Web Design that means we manage and optimize your company page, write the content, ghostwrite posts for your founders and experts, build and optimize LinkedIn Ads with Lead Gen Forms, support outreach with Sales Navigator targeting, and report monthly on cost per lead and its source.
The point most agencies skip: posts from real people consistently out-reach company page posts, so a serious B2B program uses both. Your page carries credibility and retargeting audiences; your people carry reach. You keep ownership of the page, the ad account and every audience we build.
- Company page management and optimization
- Executive thought leadership, ghostwritten
- Sponsored Content and Lead Gen Forms
- Sales Navigator targeting and outreach support
- Cost-per-lead and pipeline reporting
- Full account ownership stays yours
What's included
The LinkedIn program we run for B2B and professional services firms
Most B2B companies have a page with a logo, a 2019 post about a holiday closure, and a sales team sending copy-pasted connection requests. The scope below replaces that with something a prospect can judge you on.
Company page build and optimization
Tagline, About section written for how buyers search, specialties, locations, custom button, banner design, and Showcase or Product pages where a service line needs its own audience.
Thought leadership content, ghostwritten
We interview your founders and experts, then write posts in their voice for their own profiles — the format that reaches furthest here. Nothing publishes under your name unread.
Company page content calendar
A planned mix of text-and-image posts, documents and carousels, case study summaries, hiring and event news, and commentary on what’s moving in your industry.
Document and carousel production
Multi-page PDFs, teardowns, checklists and slide carousels in your brand — a format that earns dwell time in feed instead of pushing people off-platform.
Employee amplification
Internal playbooks and pre-written copy so sales, partners and technical staff can share and comment without writing from scratch. Reach comes from your people, not your logo.
LinkedIn Ads with Lead Gen Forms
Campaign structure, audiences built by job title, seniority, function, industry and company size, creative testing, and Lead Gen Forms that pre-fill from a member’s profile.
Sales Navigator-supported outreach
We build and maintain your target account and persona lists in Sales Navigator and write the connection notes and follow-up sequences — sent by humans, never bots or scraping tools.
Pipeline reporting and CRM handoff
Leads pushed to your CRM or inbox within minutes, plus a monthly report on spend, cost per lead, lead quality by campaign and which content produced conversations.

Ad spend is paid directly to LinkedIn and billed separately, so you always see media versus management. LinkedIn also enforces daily campaign minimums, so a token test budget does not work here — we will tell you the realistic floor for your audience before you commit.
How it works
How we get your LinkedIn pipeline running
Page and content work goes live inside two weeks. Paid campaigns follow once tracking and lead routing are verified — a Lead Gen Form nobody receives is worse than no campaign.
1
Define the buyer and the deal
Job titles, seniority, industries, company sizes, target accounts, deal value and sales cycle length. Without a deal value we cannot judge whether LinkedIn’s cost per lead is acceptable.
2
Page and profile audit
We audit your company page and key executive profiles, fix the structural gaps, and get added as users on your page and Campaign Manager account — never as owner.
3
Content and campaign plan
You approve the content calendar, the executive posting plan and, if ads are in scope, objectives, audiences, offers and a target cost per qualified lead.
4
Produce, launch, route
We write and design the posts, documents and ad creative. Posting begins, Lead Gen Forms are wired to your CRM, tracking is verified end to end, and campaigns go live.
5
Optimize against pipeline
Weekly review of spend and lead quality, budget shifted to the audiences and offers producing conversations, and a monthly report that follows leads to meetings, not just clicks.
LinkedIn Ads
LinkedIn Ads built around Lead Gen Forms and matched audiences
LinkedIn is the only major platform where you can target by job title, seniority, function and company size with real accuracy. You pay a premium for it, worth paying only when your deal value justifies it — the calculation we run before recommending a budget.
Sponsored Content
Single image, video, carousel, document and event ads in the feed — including Thought Leader Ads, which promote a real person’s post rather than a page post and read far less like advertising.
Lead Gen Forms
Native forms pre-filled from the member’s profile. Fewer abandons than a landing page in most B2B accounts, and the data lands in your CRM, not a spreadsheet nobody opens.
Message and Conversation Ads
Delivered to the LinkedIn inbox, with Conversation Ads offering branching choices so a prospect self-selects a demo, a guide or a callback.
Document ads
Gated reports, buyer guides and technical one-pagers a prospect previews in feed before trading details for the full version — often a cheaper qualified-lead format here.
ABM and matched audiences
Upload your target account list, CRM contacts or lookalike criteria and advertise only to companies your sales team wants. This is where the cost premium is easiest to justify.
Retargeting
Sequenced follow-up to site visitors, video viewers, form openers and page engagers, so one expensive first impression is not the only one.

Honest assessment
Will LinkedIn actually pay for itself in your market?
LinkedIn is the most expensive social platform per click in most accounts, and it is genuinely wrong for many businesses. We would rather disqualify you on a call than bill you for a channel your math cannot support.
LinkedIn works well for
- B2B services and SaaS where one closed client is worth thousands, not tens of dollars
- Professional services — law, accounting, consulting, engineering, architecture, IT and managed services
- Companies selling to a specific job title or department, where role targeting beats interest targeting
- Account-based sellers with a named list of target companies to advertise into
- Recruitment, staffing and executive search firms
- Commercial real estate, medical and dental groups, and high-ticket B2B manufacturing
LinkedIn is usually the wrong choice if
- You sell consumer products or local B2C services — Facebook and Instagram reach the same people for a fraction of the cost
- Your average sale is under a few hundred dollars and cannot absorb a B2B cost per lead
- Nobody at your company is willing to be visible under their own name, even with the writing handled for you
- You have no sales follow-up process — LinkedIn leads are early-stage and die without a fast call
- You need leads this week — paid search on high-intent keywords will be faster and cheaper
- You are hoping automation software will blast connection requests for you; we will not, and it risks your account

The B2B accounts behind this service
We market for law firms, specialty medical practices, construction and engineering companies, professional services firms and B2B eCommerce brands. LinkedIn reports more than 1.3 billion members worldwide, over 290 million in North America (LinkedIn official statistics, Q4 FY2026) — a cumulative member count, not monthly active users. What matters is how many hold the job title that signs your contracts.

Where we work
LinkedIn marketing for South Florida B2B firms and companies nationwide
South Florida is a dense professional market: financial services in Brickell, litigation and immigration firms across Miami-Dade and Broward, specialty medical groups, port-driven logistics and a growing SaaS base. Those are the buyers LinkedIn targeting was built for. We work from downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale for clients here and nationwide.

Frequently asked questions
LinkedIn marketing questions from B2B buyers
Higher than any other social platform, and it varies by industry and offer. Published third-party benchmark guides commonly quote LinkedIn cost per lead at roughly $75 to $200 — an industry range from other people’s data, not a number we promise. Narrow audiences often run above it.
The number that settles it is your own: what a closed client is worth and what share of leads you close. If a client is worth $15,000 and you close one lead in eight, a $150 lead is cheap. If your average sale is $400, no optimization makes LinkedIn work, and we will say so.
You are buying a narrower audience and bidding against other B2B advertisers for it. Members maintain their own job titles, employers, seniority and skills — targeting data no other platform holds at that quality — and the inventory of, say, hospital CFOs in Florida is tiny.
Cost per click is the wrong comparison. Compare cost per qualified opportunity and cost per closed deal. LinkedIn frequently loses on clicks and wins on pipeline; if it loses on both in your account, we shut it off rather than defend it.
Both, with different jobs. Posts from individual profiles reach further than company page posts — observed behavior across accounts rather than something LinkedIn publishes — so your executives carry the reach while the page carries credibility, ad delivery and retargeting audiences.
That is why we ghostwrite for named people as well as managing the page. A prospect looks at both: an abandoned page undermines a strong personal post, and vice versa.
Often yes — a niche audience is a feature here, because you can define it by job title, function, seniority, industry and company size and advertise only to it. A list of a few thousand target contacts is workable on LinkedIn in a way it is not elsewhere.
The constraints are budget floors and patience. Small audiences need longer to produce meaningful data, and LinkedIn sets daily campaign minimums. On a few hundred dollars a month we would start with organic content plus outreach and add paid later.
No. Automated connection and messaging tools violate LinkedIn’s user agreement, risk losing the account, and make you look like a spam operation to the exact people you want to impress.
Instead we maintain your target lists in Sales Navigator, write the connection notes, InMail and follow-up sequences, and hand your team a short daily list to send by hand from their own profiles.
Our Starter package covers a single platform, and LinkedIn Ads management is included from the Growth package upward. We quote against your posting cadence and how many executives we are ghostwriting for. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to LinkedIn, so the media-versus-management split is always visible.
Across the wider market, B2B LinkedIn retainers commonly run from several hundred to several thousand dollars a month depending on content volume, ad spend and how many executives are written for. Be wary of a flat fee quoted before anyone asks what a client is worth to you.
Paid campaigns with Lead Gen Forms usually produce first inquiries within days of launch, with a reliable read on cost per lead after roughly three to six weeks — longer than Facebook, because smaller B2B audiences accumulate conversion data slowly.
Organic thought leadership is slower: three to six months before it reliably generates inbound conversations, with your sales cycle on top. We report monthly on leads and meetings so you judge the trend, not a single week. See our full internet marketing services.
